Directamente de Nova Iorque, e marcando um interregno nas nossas férias, este mês acolhemos a estreia da dupla ¡Pa’BAILA!. Festa de dança liderada pelo trompetista panamenho Aquiles Navarro – membro da banda Irreversible Entanglements – e o produtor Newyork Knick. Da Salsa, Merengue e Reggaeton às batidas electrónicas mais contemporâneas a festa faz-se no nosso salão dia 23 de Agosto a partir das 18h.

PA’ BAILA! – a genre-blending dance party mixing Latin music like Salsa, Merengue, and Reggaeton; with modern electronic beats; like house, deep house, and LIVE musical elements like the Conga & Trumpet – providing an extra layer to the event’s sound- scape and energy. This gathering is a representation of the modern latin community of musicians that is emerging in the local NY scene.

Spearheaded by Panamanian trumpetist, Aquiles Navarro – member of the renowned jazz band Irreversible Entanglements – as a way to showcase his roots and artistic inspiration to the local community. Calling in other Latin artists to join the concept, such as the Afrobeat Angel, DJ/Producer and local promoter, Newyork Knick.
