🌍 Sobre a Exposição:
Leaky Feelings explora a co-autoria artística com o não-humano, destacando como artistas podem colaborar com elementos como o clima, minerais, recursos naturais e outras formas de vida. Inspirada pelas ideias da fenomenóloga feminista pós-humanista Astrida Neimanis, a exposição investiga as nossas conexões aquosas e interdependência com o mundo ao nosso redor.
Outro eixo teórico baseia-se no trabalho do antropólogo Tim Ingold, que propõe novas formas de perceber objetos naturais e não-humanos como entidades interligadas, mas sem antropomorfização, reconhecendo a complexidade de suas “vidas próprias”.
A expressão “leaky feelings” refere-se a momentos em que sentimentos reprimidos transbordam de forma intensa e impactante, muitas vezes desafiante para aqueles ao nosso redor.
🎭 Artistas Participantes:
- Ali Talaat: Artista e arquiteto que utiliza a cópia como ferramenta criativa, explorando a deformação como preservação artística.
- Fanni Papp: Artista e cineasta que mistura realismo documental e ficção em fotografia, vídeo e instalação, incorporando materiais naturais.
- Florian Maricourt: Cineasta e antropólogo que utiliza metodologias etnográficas para criar filmes e fotografias imersivas e documentais.

Leaky Feelings delves into the artistic co-authorship with the non-human, showcasing how artists can collaborate with elements such as weather, minerals, natural resources, and other life forms. Inspired by the ideas of post-humanist feminist phenomenologist Astrida Neimanis, the exhibition explores our watery connections and interdependence with the surrounding world.
Another theoretical foundation comes from anthropologist Tim Ingold, who offers new ways of perceiving natural objects as interconnected entities, acknowledging their complexity without anthropomorphizing.
The term “leaky feelings” describes moments when withheld emotions overflow in a powerful and challenging way, often overwhelming those around us.
