Joshua Gibbs – Dean at Má Lingua

British Folk duo formed on the streets of Lisbon: Joshua, a singer-songwriter from the south of England, and Robin, a violinist from Leeds. Their songs are about the passing of time, the tragic roads walked through life, descents into drunkenness, drugs and debauchery and the need to flee from one’s own life of dissipation. It is music from the dark side of the street, but focuses on the tender side of life, the beauty that is found in the darkness.
