From nearly losing his first startup to launching TejoMed, Lisbon’s premium concierge healthcare service, Tyler Gordon’s path has been anything but linear. Raised in a family of homebuilders but drawn to tech from an early age, Tyler’s first real business was a real estate tech startup in the U.S., which he grew to capture 10% of the market before an 8-figure acquisition deal was blocked, ultimately forcing the company to shut down. He later brought it back from the dead and led a 7-figure exit, marking one chapter in an unconventional journey that also includes scaling a 200-person tech consultancy and co-creating a nonprofit housing initiative in Lisbon.

Today, Tyler and his co-founder Inês Silva are reimagining healthcare with TejoMed, a concierge medical service bringing personalized, longevity-focused care to Portugal. Inspired by the U.S. model of relationship-driven medicine, TejoMed offers patients direct access to their own dedicated doctor, comprehensive checkups and wellness plans, and long appointments that actually start on time. Since launching, the clinic has seen nearly 100% patient retention, demand that consistently exceeds capacity, and strong momentum as it prepares to scale.
