From a farmer in rural Wales to 8-figures in business exits, Phil Williams has forged a one-of-a-kind entrepreneurial path. As a child, he fully expected to inherit the family tradition of dairy farming, until a life-altering accident compelled him to reimagine his future. Determined to explore beyond the fields, Phil traveled to Spain, became a BBC journalist, and soon discovered a hidden passion for e-commerce through a chance conversation at work.

In 2016, he launched Coffee Gator on Amazon, turning a single coffee canister into a six-figure-a-month success before selling the brand in 2020. He repeated that triumph with Windsor Botanicals—a supplements venture that landed him another significant exit in 2023. Today, Phil is co-founder of Vericasa, an AI-driven real estate startup in Lisbon.
