De 23 de maio a 1 de junho, Telheiras abre as suas portas para a 15ª edição do Festival de Telheiras, um evento que celebra a identidade do bairro e promove a partilha entre as pessoas e as instituições. Este ano, o festival destaca os frutos de 15 anos de trabalho comunitário, com eventos que já se tornaram marcos na comunidade.
Abertura do Festival
O festival começa com o Festival no Jardim (23, 24 e 25 de maio), um evento que inclui concertos, comes e bebes, a animada Feira da Tralha, atividades do Festival Mental e espaços dedicados às crianças. O grande nome deste ano é o músico Janeiro, que se apresenta no dia 24 de maio, no jardim à saída do metro de Telheiras.
Programação Durante a Semana
De 26 a 30 de maio, o festival prossegue com o Festival no Bairro, que conta com uma série de iniciativas espalhadas por diversos locais de Telheiras. Os participantes poderão desfrutar de workshops, Noite de Fados, jantares comunitários e muito mais.
Fim de Semana Final
Nos dias 31 de maio e 1 de junho, o festival culmina com a 3ª edição do Arraial Telheiras Norte, um evento que cresce a cada ano e já é um dos momentos mais aguardados do festival. Este arraial comunitário integra o Recoopera, uma iniciativa que ensina a reparar eletrodomésticos, joalharia, bicicletas e móveis, promovendo a economia circular. A diversão é garantida com o tradicional bailarico, petiscos variados e uma Quiz Night.
Encerramento
No Dia da Criança, a 1 de junho, o festival termina em grande com a 2ª edição do Artivar — Mostra de Talentos da Comunidade, que apresenta atuações ao vivo às 18h00, no auditório da Biblioteca Orlando Ribeiro.

From May 23 to June 1, Telheiras opens its doors for the 15th edition of the Telheiras Festival, an event that celebrates the neighborhood’s identity and promotes the sharing between people and institutions. This year, the festival highlights the fruits of 15 years of community work, with events that have become landmarks in the community.
Festival Opening
The festival kicks off with the Festival at the Garden (May 23, 24, and 25), a vibrant event featuring concerts, food and drinks, the lively Flea Market, activities from the Mental Festival, and children’s spaces. This year’s headliner is musician Janeiro, performing on May 24, at the garden just outside the Telheiras metro station.
Weeklong Program
From May 26 to 30, the festival continues with the Festival at the Neighborhood, featuring a range of initiatives spread across various locations in Telheiras. Enjoy workshops, a Fado Night, community dinners, and much more.
Grand Finale Weekend
On May 31 and June 1, the festival culminates with the 3rd edition of Arraial Telheiras Norte, an event that grows every year and has become one of the most anticipated moments of the festival. This community gathering includes Recoopera, an initiative teaching how to repair appliances, jewelry, bicycles, and furniture, promoting the circular economy. There will also be a traditional bailarico, varied snacks, and a fun Quiz Night.
Closing Event
On Children’s Day, June 1, the festival wraps up with the 2nd edition of Artivar — Community Talent Show, showcasing live performances at 6:00 PM at the Orlando Ribeiro Library Auditorium.
