Decline and Fall é o principal projeto criativo de Armando Teixeira, ex-membro de Balla, Ik Mux, Bizarra Locomotiva e Da Weasel, e conhecido por seu trabalho premiado em bandas sonoras, com três Prémios Sophia no currículo. Juntamente com Hugo Santos (Process of Guilt) e Ricardo S. Amorim (Moonspell), a banda oferece uma sonoridade profunda, melancólica e imersiva.
O seu álbum de estreia, Scars and Ashes, apresenta uma evolução sonora dos EPs anteriores, Gloom e Pulse, explorando uma música mais sofisticada e com camadas emocionais intensas.

Decline and Fall is the main creative focus of Armando Teixeira, former member of Balla, Ik Mux, Bizarra Locomotiva, and Da Weasel, and known for his award-winning soundtrack work, with three Sophia Awards under his belt. Alongside Hugo Santos (Process of Guilt) and Ricardo S. Amorim (Moonspell), the band offers a deep, melancholic, and immersive sound.
Their debut album, Scars and Ashes, showcases a musical evolution from their previous EPs, Gloom and Pulse, exploring a more sophisticated sound with intense emotional layers.
