DESCRIPTION:Simpósio Cultura e Sustentabilidade 2022\nSexta Edição\n12 e 13 de Novembro | Lisboa Incomum\n \nThe “Symposium of Culture and Sustainability” is co-organized annually by Lisboa Incomum and Festival DME. With five editions since 2017 (the opening year of Lisboa Incomum, a space dedicated to electroacoustic music), it aims to foster an interdisciplinary discussion (artistic, scientific, political, e.g.) on the roles that artistic practices can assume for environmental awareness, intervening in the discussion on topics such as sustainability and ecology. This discussion is held between the public and the event’s guests (activists, scientists, artists) through different types of activities such as conferences, concerts and workshops. This year’s edition is also co-organized by CCMAR – Centro de Ciências do Mar do Algarve – https://www.ccmar.ualg.pt/.\n \n \nAll the symposium activities will be held in English and participation requires registration at:\nhttps://forms.gle/kcP6x2Cy8Edbx1GGA\nAttendance at conferences and concerts is free, but registration is required. Attendance at the 2 workshops costs 5€ each. Registration is also required and in case registration is made to all 2 workshops, then the total cost is 8€.
