DESCRIPTION:A 13ª edição da Abertura de Ateliês de Artistas (AAA), cujo o programa integra o Prisma como um dos ateliês em destaque, que ao lado dos seus residentes convida o artista Toni Sousa a entrar neste espaço colaborativo.\nToni Sousa, pintor, nascido na Guiné, residente em Portugal.\nA arte de Toni distancia-se da educação formal, e traz uma narrativa alternativa, representativa de uma paixão inata e vitalícia que, com a pintura, explode num estilo expressivo e primitivista. Deploying an array of classic mediums such as graphite, pastels, aquarelles and oils, Toni refers to Found Objects in his choice of surfaces, typically recovering articles from the streets and reacting to them in a natural, spontaneous and limpid language that portrays a delicately personal and intimate understanding.
